Sroller fun

Well, we got our stroller this week and of course as soon as Sophia saw it, she had to try it out! She was a little too tall for it, but weight wise she was still okay to go for a ride. She loved it, and hopefully baby Ava will love it just as much! We can't wait to get to use it to stroll her around.

Cute little Sophia and the baby bassinet attatchment that she was sad about being too small to fit in.

Still a girl! :)

I had another ultrasound this week and the first question Ian asked was if it was still a girl. And of course it is!! :) He's so funny and we couldn't be happier. Anyway, everything looks really great so far. She weighed 1 pound 2 ounces and wasn't being very cooperative for the tech, she kept flipping and rolling all over. It took the tech a really long time to see what she needed to see, but it was good for us because we got an extra long show!!

It's kinda hard to tell what you're looking at, but this is her legs, and as you can see, or can't see, there is nothing inbetween them!

Our little spaghetti sqaush

Well I hit 22 weeks today and they say that the baby is the size of a spaghetti squash, but with how big I feel, I would have said something more along the lines of a basketball! She weighs a little over a pound now, and is growing every second. It's kinda funny, every week Ian asks me what fruit/vegetable the baby is that week. Last week she was a carrot, he gets a kick out of it. I remember back when I was around 7 weeks when the baby was just the size of a blueberry, and I kept thinking how could something that small make me feel so darn sick!

It's kinda cool to be able to put things into perspective size wise.

22 Week belly picture. She's definitely growing! I'm starting to feel her kick more and more now, it's so fun!

How'd he get up there?

That's what I keep asking myself everytime I turn around! How'd he get up there? Lately Vinny has been completely obsessed with climbing up on our furniture and sleeping there. No matter what baracades we try to use to keep him off, he still somehow makes his normally lazy, chubby little way up on our furniture. No wonder why he falls asleep once he gets up there, it was probably a lot of effort for him!

This is our guest bed, and normally it has stuff on it, but I cleaned it off and I guess he thought that it looks mighty comfortable now, and just had to try it out.

This climb had to be exhausting!

I don't know how he could possibly be comfortable like that!

The look says it all here! "What are you going to do about it?"

Next thing you know, he's going to be climbing into the crib when the baby gets here, we're really going to have to watch him then!!

Holiday Festivities

We all had a great Christmas this year, filled with lots of family, friends and a trip to Colorado Springs to visit Ian's family. This year we drove so we could take Vinny along to meet Aaron and to see how much trouble he could cause at Grandma and Grandpa's house. (Plus, no one offered to watch him this year, I wonder why?)

Vinny really got into the spirit of Christmas, especially when it came time to open presents!
