Happy Fathers Day!

Ian had his first Fathers Day this year! We got to celebrate it with my Father as well, so it was extra special. The day included breakfast with my family and lounging at the pool in Park City, lots of fun! I got a really cute dress for Ava to wear on the special day and she looked like a little doll for Daddy!

The protector

Vinny has become quite the protector over Ava. I laid her down in her crib for the first time and every time she made a peep, Vinny would run over to her crib and stare up at it. He finally got sick of running back and forth, so he just laid down and fell asleep beside it. It was really cute! :)

She looked so tiny in her big crib. She didn't fall asleep in it either, she's still sleeping in the swing. =0

One month

Well our baby girl turned one month yesterday! I can't believe how fast that went (especially compared to one month being pregnant!) Anyway, she is doing really well and we just love her so much! Lately she has started to be more aware of her surroundings and she loves looking at bright lights and bright colors. She still will only sleep in her swing at night, but we are slowly trying to transition her to her bassinet. We'll see how that goes....

My sister and I decided it would be fun to take some cute pictures of Ava with her nice camera, and they actually turned out really good! We could only get one picture of Ava with her eyes open, the rest were of her peacefully sleeping. Here are some of the pictures, enjoy!
